Taste of Heaven is a social enterprise from NightShift Street Ministries, a non-profit organization in Surrey that feeds love, hope, purpose and nightly meals to people who are stuck in some of life’s most difficult situations – poverty, addiction, mental illness, homelessness and loneliness. Every meal purchased at Taste of Heaven supports NightShift’s nightly outreach and daily continuing care services for these special friends.
Taste of Heaven feeds more than hungry stomachs, we feed hungry hearts, too. Because when you purchase food from our truck, you become part of a compassionate community-based solution for people who desperately need help. Everyone’s heart gets fed.
Our menu, like our mission, is simple. Delicious, mouth-wateringly good gourmet sausages in a bun, served with all natural potato chips, and thirst-quenching, hand-brewed soda. Every sandwich is made on the spot, with the freshest ingredients. Our sausages in a bun (including a vegetarian option) are so satisfyingly scrumptious, we know you’ll come back for more! But don’t take our word for it – tasting is believing!

Yum!! I've tried them all and while my favourite was 'The Gatekeeper' - because it was spicy and warm; 'The Pillar of The East' was quite refreshing and a very close second with it's surprising taste of pickled vegetables! It was truly a taste of Heaven!

It's a meal on a bun -- I loved it! I’m not a hotdog person, but this was something totally different. Whether you like veggies or meat, this is really good stuff. You're getting good, fresh, homegrown ingredients. And I love that it’s all local. I’m all about helping in your own backyard.
